Advance registration for the meeting will end on Tuesday, September 9 at midnight. After Tuesday, September 9, no individual online registrations will be accepted. Attendees who have not registered by Tuesday, September 9 must register and pay onsite beginning on Wednesday, September 17 at 4pm. For complete onsite registration hours, see the 2025 Annual Meeting schedule. Payment must be made by check or credit card immediately with all onsite registrations. The FMEC is not able to invoice onsite registrants for future payment.

2025 Plenary Speakers
Plenary speakers will include Drs. Gary LeRoy, Christine Alexander-Rager, and Louito (Lou) Edje, who will show the power and breadth of family medicine and educate and enlighten the audience about critical and emerging issues for primary healthcare.

The Call for Submissions for the 2025 Annual Meeting is now closed. Submission authors will receive emails regarding the status of their submissions in early June 2025 and poster submission authors will receive emails in early July.
