September 25 and 26, at Harrah's Resort, Atlantic City, New Jersey
This is a great networking and recruiting event for your residency program!
We expect 90+ Residency Programs located in the northeast region of the U.S. to participate this year
and we expect an attendance of 300+ medical students. Booth registration deadline is August 7th.
No onsite registrations.

- Residency Fair Booth Fees - Required
- Early Bird Registration Rates: March 23 - July 13: Partner: $680 | Non-Partner $980
- Regular Registration Rates: July 14 –August 7: Partner: $730 | Non-Partner $1,030
- Booth registration deadline is August 7 - No on-site booth registrations
- Faculty member to staff the booth (individual registration) - Required
- Early Bird Registration Rates: March 23 - July 13: Member: $555 | Non-Member: $630
- Regular fee July 14 to August 7: Member: $605 | Non-Member: $680
- FREE Resident - $430 savings - Optional
- Student Scholarship Contributions: $500 each – Optional
Registration Instructions: Select the "Next" button at the bottom of each page to advance. If you need to register additional residents and/or faculty for the meeting, please use the Individual Meeting Registration form (opening May 1).
Page 1: Enter Residency Program and Residency Program Director contact information as you would like it to appear in marketing materials, the conference program, and the conference app
Page 2: Enter the name/contact information of the Program Director or Faculty who will attend the Annual Meeting and staff your Residency Fair booth. Also, enter the name/contact information for the FREE Resident attendee ($430 value) included with your Residency Fair booth.
Page 3: Review and accept the meeting policy/terms of the agreement

- Residency Fair Display Booth, $680-$1,030 (variable) - Required
- 2026 Annual Meeting Individual Registration (Director/Faculty staffing the booth), $555-$680 (variable) – Required
