Giving to the FMEC

Every year, hundreds of family physicians and family medicine advocates donate to support the FMEC and its mission to improve the health of the community by strengthening family medicine, primary care and medical education.

By supporting the FMEC, you are helping us:

• educate medical students about family medicine and give them invaluable experiences with residents and family physicians, which inspire them to choose primary care;
• provide family medicine residents and faculty with opportunities to present, participate in projects and committees across institutions, and become family medicine leaders;
• tackle health issues that challenge family medicine providers through education, quality improvement, and learning networks.

• Medical Student Scholarships Campaign: The nation needs more family physicians! The FMEC has provided more than 7,000 scholarships to medical students to attend our Annual Meeting and get excited about family medicine. Please help us inspire the next generation of medical students to become family physicians. Donate to our student scholarship program.
• Legacy Campaign: The FMEC Board of Trustees created the Legacy Campaign to ensure the future success of FMEC. The Campaign funds strategic reserves, operational growth, and emerging issues of greatest needs. Learn more about the Legacy Campaign.
