2020 FMEC Residency Fair Registration

This is a great networking and recruiting event for your program!
We expect 80+ Residency Programs to participate and 300 medical students to attend.

Worry-free registration
Organizations interested in registering a booth for the Residency Fair will receive a full refund minus $50 for written cancellations received by August 31, 2020.  The FMEC must receive written notice of cancellation by August 31, 2020 to obtain a partial refund. 
Cancellations received after August 31, 2020 are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows are also not eligible for a refund.

The FMEC is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits if the (Annual Meeting) is canceled.  Before purchasing your airline ticket, make sure that you have received your event registration and hotel confirmation.

Early Bird rate ends July 31:  FMEC Partner:  $650  /  Non-Partner $950
August 1 - August 31:  FMEC Partner:  $700  /  Non-Partner $1,000

Registration Instructions

Step 1:  Complete the form: 2020 FMEC Residency Fair Booth Registration
Residency Coordinators: Please complete the Residency Fair Booth registration form first.
The Booth, Residency Director and FREE resident are registered via this form. 
All other faculty/residents register via the Annual Meeting form. (see Step 2)

Step 2:  Register all other Faculty and Residents attending this year's meeting here:  2020 FMEC Annual Meeting 

Step 3:  Register to lead a Clinical Camp/Faculty Student Discussion table: See the link in your confirmation e-mail.

Step 4: Reserve your hotel room. Click the following link to reserve your hotel room at the reduced group rate:  Hotel reservation link
