Judges can log into the website version of the mobile app if they want to view the posters that have been uploaded into the app.  This may be a more comfortable way of viewing the posters instead of viewing them from their phone app.

• Poster Session I is from 12:00pm - 1:10pm in the Headhouse Tower Liberty Ballroom
• Poster Session II is from 1:30pm - 2:30pm in the Headhouse Tower Liberty Ballroom 
• Be on Time - Please be on time to begin judging your assigned posters.
• Complete your evaluations through the online poster evaluation form no later than Sunday, Sept. 22nd so final scores can be calculated
• Winners  - will be announced via email letter early in the week of Sept. 23rd.
