FMEC IMPLICIT Project is an Action for Women’s Health Awardee
The Family Medicine Education Consortium (FMEC) has been announced as one of 80+ organizations that were awarded funding through Action for Women’s Health, a $250 million global open call, launched in 2024 to support organizations working to improve women’s mental and physical health around the world. FMEC Learning Networks
The FMEC received seed programming funds from the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) for its project, FMEC Learning Networks: Collaborating to Accelerate Innovations. Even before ACGME requirements, the FMEC was a leader in creating residency learning networks and collaboratives. The ABFM grant funding will help the FMEC formalize and advance its work over the next three years. Interested in joining? Have ideas for what FMEC learning networks might address?
