Residency Fair Registration Instructions
Step 1: Register the following via the 2022 Residency Fair Registration Form
- Residency Fair Booth
- Residency Fair Director/faculty "staffing the booth"
- FREE resident attendee
- Student Scholarships (optional)
- Hot Topics in Family Medicine (optional, see confirmation link)
Step 2: Register ALL OTHER Faculty and Residents attending this year's meeting by clicking the following link: 2022 FMEC Annual Meeting Registration Form Early Bird (EB) fees end July 31st
Step 3: Register to lead a Clinical Camp Discussion Table. Optional, No additional fee, See the Residency Fair booth confirmation email for the registration link.
Step 4: Hotel Reservations - Reserve your hotel room at the reduced group rate. Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington 2799 Richmond Highway / Arlington, VA 22202 The deadline to register for the hotel room block is August 22nd.
Step. 5: Register to lead a virtual Hot Topics in Family Medicine session July - October. (Optional) See the Residency Fair booth confirmation email for the registration link.
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify the FMEC of the cancellation by emailing [email protected]. All cancellations must be received by August 19th to be eligible for a full refund minus the $50 administrative fee.
