Cancellation Policy 
Individuals (healthcare professionals and residents/fellows) will receive a full refund minus $50 for written cancellations received by August 31st.  The FMEC must receive written notice of cancellation by August 31, 2020 to obtain the refund. 

Residency Fair Booth and Exhibit Hall Booth
Organizations interested in registering a booth for either the Residency Fair or Exhibit Hall will receive a full refund minus $50 for written cancellations received by August 31, 2020.  The FMEC must receive written notice of cancellation by August 31, 2020 to obtain the refund. 

Cancellations received after August 31, 2020 are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are also not eligible for a refund.  Please notify the FMEC of cancellation by emailing [email protected].
