The cost of a booth is $1,500.

Written notification of cancellation must be received by September 30, 2015, to obtain a partial refund ($50.00 administrative fee is retained). No conference registration refunds will be made after September 30, 2015. Please contact Shayla Rammel at shayla.rammel@fmec.net or Jennifer Stamper at jennifer.stamper@fmec.net to request a refund.

Set up times are Friday, October 30, noon – 2:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 31 from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.

No. You may attend the days/hours you want/need based upon your travel arrangements. However, the cost remains the same.

No. In fact, we encourage you to make connections with attendees in the different sessions. Most of the traffic to your booth will be between sessions, meals, breaks and plenaries; as people move from one place to another; so attending sessions to interact with individuals or to educate yourself is something we encourage.

No. You do not need to pack up at the end of both days, but we would suggest that you do remove anything valuable from your exhibitor area. You are responsible for the security of your individual exhibitor space.

Electric is an additional $50 per outlet and would need to be indicated on your registration form.

On the registration form, there is the option of registering up to two people for the meeting. Any more than two people per exhibitor booth you will need to contact Shayla Rammel at shayla.rammel@fmec.net to make arrangements.

Name badges will be received at check­-in at the event.

Meals and Breaks during the Exhibit Hall hours are included with your registration.  See times below.

Meals: (Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast and Saturday Lunch)

Breaks: (Friday Afternoon, Saturday Morning and Saturday Afternoon)

Friday Afternoon Break: 3 -3:30 p.m.

Friday Dinner: 6:00 p.m.

Saturday Breakfast:  7 – 8:00 a.m.

Saturday Morning Break: 10 – 10:30 a.m.

Saturday Lunch: Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Saturday Afternoon Break: 3-3:30 p.m.

Faculty, residents and fellows will be most of the attendees on Friday. On Saturday, medical students will be joining as well.

In the registration form is a question asking for a description of your organization. This will be the information that is provided to the attendees about your organization in the Meeting Program, as well as mobile app.

Two people are included in the registration fee, including all meals and breaks both days (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast & lunch). Wi-fi is complimentary with your registration fee. You have access and are encouraged to attend any workshop of interest. As well as, promotion of your organization in both the printed program and mobile app is included.

You can reserve your hotel room online and receive the preferred group rate. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The reduced rate is $169/night. The rate is only good until October 5th.
